As an organisation, Norfolk & Waveney LMC does not represent patients, however, part of our role is to support practices in the provision of excellent care to their patient population. The Patient Participation DES encourages practices to develop representative patient groups to contribute to practice decisions and to feedback on services.

There is a lot of information available to patients via NHS Choices and the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) provides a voice for patients, supporting them when they have a problem or need information when using NHS Services.
